Self-Compassion and Connection

Self-compassion. We all have an inner voice. Sometimes it's harsh, other times more gentle. How we meet that voice can shape how we feel about ourselves and how we connect with others. Self-compassion is about paying attention to your feelings and responding with care even when it’s difficult. The more you notice and name your feelings the more your emotional world can expand and deepen.
